In Astroverse you will have 5 different types of materials, which you can use to create new objects that will help defend your base and your miner.
These objects are the following:
Neutronium Alloy
Harvested from the dense cores of collapsed stars, Neutronium Alloy is almost impenetrably dense and incredibly durable, making it an ideal material for constructing fortifications capable of withstanding direct hits from planet-shattering weaponry. Its extreme density also offers protection against high-energy particle beams, absorbing and dissipating their energy.
Phase Shift Panels
Constructed using advanced nanotechnology, these panels can alternate between solid and intangible states. When activated, they allow for the absorption or deflection of incoming projectiles and energy beams, effectively making the defenses they construct adaptable to a wide range of attacks. In their intangible state, they can also allow friendly units to pass through, offering a strategic advantage in deploying troops or launching surprise counterattacks.
Quantum Foam Concrete
A lightweight yet incredibly strong material, Quantum Foam Concrete uses the principles of quantum mechanics to distribute stress across multiple dimensions. This material is used to reinforce bunkers and shield generators, providing them with resilience that far surpasses traditional materials. It's especially effective in environments with fluctuating or extreme conditions, adapting its molecular structure to maintain integrity.
Reflective Energy Mesh
Woven from microscopic filaments capable of reflecting and dissipating energy, this mesh is used to cover strategic points, spacecraft, and vehicles, offering them protection against laser and plasma-based weaponry. The mesh can diffuse the energy of incoming beams, significantly reducing damage and preventing the penetration of energy-based defenses.
Xenoflora Symbiotes
The bio-material used to create enhanced infantry, Xenoflora Symbiotes, are plant-like organisms discovered on ancient worlds, capable of forming symbiotic relationships with soldiers. Once bonded, these symbiotes enhance the soldier's natural healing, provide additional protection through hardened skin or regenerative capabilities, and can even adapt to hostile environments, allowing for the creation of infantry that can survive in otherwise lethal conditions without the need for heavy armor. This bio-engineering marvel represents a blend of biology and military technology, opening new possibilities for organic defense mechanisms in space exploration.
